Wash Pro Beta Privacy Notice
Effective date: 2026-10-14
Wash Pro Beta is operated by Tucker Baldwin. For privacy, account deletion, or support questions, contact support@washproapp.com.
Fresh data and business sharing
Wash Pro Beta keeps its data separate from previous Wash Pro installations. It does not import your previous local stores. Records you save in a beta business synchronize with other devices and accounts authorized for that business. Do not put information into a shared business unless its members should be able to see it.
Information used by the service
We process your account email and authentication information, business and membership identifiers, app-generated installation identifiers, and the wash business records you enter. These records may include names, notes, machines, chemicals, prices, measurements, calibrations, settings, and wash packages. We use this information to authenticate you, restrict business access, save and synchronize records, calculate costs, and generate reports. Please do not enter payment-card details or unrelated sensitive personal information.
Service providers
Supabase provides authentication and hosted database services. PowerSync delivers authorized records to devices and coordinates synchronization. Resend delivers account confirmation and password-reset messages. These providers process information needed to deliver their services, including technical connection and security logs. Support email is handled through Google Workspace. The app does not sell your information or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Offline storage and reports
The app keeps a local copy so you can work offline. Saved offline edits upload when an authorized connection is available. Sign-out does not automatically erase pending edits or the account's local cache. Access to cached data remains associated with the account and business. A device that stays offline may retain an earlier copy until it reconnects. PDFs and files you export or share are outside the app's control; choose their recipients and storage carefully.
Account deletion and shared records
In the app, choose Account > Delete Account. Review the consequences, confirm your current password and explicitly confirm deletion. You can also contact support@washproapp.com with questions or for help with a deletion request. Removing an editor's account does not erase shared business records other members use. An owner must transfer each shared business to an existing member, or explicitly close a business that has no other active members. Closing a business permanently deletes its hosted business records.
Unsent changes on the requesting device must be synchronized or deliberately discarded; they are not silently thrown away. Check your other devices before deleting your account: their unsent changes cannot upload afterward. Once deletion is verified, the requesting device removes that account's fresh-beta business caches and credentials. Other devices lose authorized server access, but may retain private cached files, especially while offline. Previous ordinary Wash Pro stores, independent backups and exported reports are not erased.
Deleting an account removes its active business memberships and device registrations. The service then rejects business uploads and excludes that account from business-data reads, even if a previously issued sign-in token has not expired. Connected PowerSync clients receive the membership removal as the change propagates; this is not a guaranteed instantaneous remote wipe. An offline device can retain an earlier local copy until it reconnects, and cached files may remain after the app locks access.
Retention and removal
Active account and business records remain while the account or business is in use. Ordinary record deletion removes a record from active app views, but the server retains its last contents marked as deleted to prevent synchronization from resurrecting it. There is currently no timed purge of these deleted rows. Synchronization receipts and saved conflict evidence also have no automatic expiry; account deletion removes those belonging to the deleted account. Shared business records, including deletion markers, remain for the other members when one member deletes their account. Closing a sole-member business removes its hosted business rows, synchronization receipts and conflict evidence. Deletion cannot recall reports, independent backups or copies another person has retained.
We retain minimal deletion evidence: request and account identifiers, a hashed recovery capability, expiry and completion/cancellation timestamps. Completed and cancelled requests have their reviewed business roster and ownership choices cleared. The current beta has no automatic purge for these minimal receipts; they remain indefinitely unless removed by a separately reviewed maintenance process. A deletion request's ten-minute authorization window is not a receipt retention deadline. An unfinished request can retain its reviewed roster and choices until it is completed or cancelled; expiry alone does not erase it.
On the device that completes deletion, the app removes the verified fresh-beta database and its sidecars. Small identity/namespace markers remain for safe interrupted-cleanup handling; they contain identifiers, not business rows or passwords. These markers have no automatic expiry and remain until that app container is removed or a separately reviewed cleanup removes them. Sign-out and remote revocation do not promise deletion of private cached files on other devices. Offline devices, exported reports and user-controlled backups require separate action by their holders.
The current Supabase Free project has no configured daily project backups or point-in-time recovery. Project logs are available for one day on this plan; database storage of Auth audit logs is disabled. The current PowerSync Free plan provides 24 hours of instance logs. These are service log-retention settings, not a promise that every provider-internal security record or backup is erased within that time. We have not verified a fixed removal period for all Supabase or PowerSync internal backups and security records, and do not promise one. Providers may retain them under their contractual security, legal and backup requirements.
Resend states that email data and logs on its Free plan are retained for 30 days and its point-in-time recovery backups for seven days. Deleting a Wash Pro account does not separately recall delivered email or immediately erase provider logs/backups. Support correspondence remains in the support mailbox; no automatic mailbox deletion schedule has been verified. We retain it to handle requests and any applicable legal or security needs, subject to review of removal requests.
Security and changes
We use authenticated access, business membership restrictions and encrypted network connections. No system is risk-free. This is a beta; keep independent copies of important business information. We will update this notice when the service's data practices change. Contact support@washproapp.com with questions.
